Use these samples as place to customize your own policy. Consider the needs of your learners and the families in your community. How will you ensure equitable access to technology? Many schools are disassembling iPad carts to add a few individual iPads to each classroom to provide technology to students who do not have access to their own devices for whatever reason. 

 

When developing your own policy consider looking at policies already in place in your district. Is there any standard language that you must include? Create the policy with parents, students, colleagues and administrators having input on the expectations.
