Digital Literacy is all about participating in a global community. There are many options available to you and your students. Consider creating your own online presence if you have not yet done so. A welcoming place to begin is by hatching your own professional Twitter account. Use your district's hashtag and follow the conversations. Connect with a few educators and see who they are following. When you feel comfortable, add to the conversation: share out stories from your classroom, from your professional learning, or questions you have for the people you are hoping to connect with.
